Exchange Policy (Only for Defective Products)
Exchanges are provided only if the product delivered is defective.

To request an exchange:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos/videos showing the defect along with your order details

If approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 7 working days.

Important Notes
Exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

No exchange is allowed for size issues or change of mind.
